what's the basement look like? because the top floor needs another room. And 3 cars garages actually only park 2 cars, so I suggest a 3 car garage, and add a pool, and a pool boy named Enrique. :)
looks good, LOVE the laundry room! Chad recommends making the closet a bit bigger, cause once you get shelves and the women's clothes in there isn't much room for Collin! I would definitely recommend a garden tub NOW, before they frame and you can't change it!

Are you sure I can't just sell you a Gurden Home. I have one done and waiting to sell? It's instant? The plans look good though. Glad to here things are looking good, I talk to mimi today. I didn't have any of the stiching patters I thought I did. Sorry only snowmen.
