Broxton's broken arm!

Well today Broxton broke his arm by rolling off the couch. We had only be home from church for about 45 min. When Collin came upstairs saying Britni we have to go to the emergency room Broxton just broke his arm. So I called my dad and told him to get down here and then off we go. Broxton cried all the way in and when we were checking in and then once we got in the room with cartoons he was fine as long as no one touched his arm. He screamed during the x-ray, which I dont blame him. Then they had to give him an IV and that really got him curious and then he say the needle and the crying started again. Dr. Peterson came in and they started the drugs, once he was almost out Dr. Joe set his arm and it was over just like that and Broxton started getting really talkative. He kept saying it tickles, it tickles. He was really funny!! Now everything is I cant do that cause I broke my arm!!! I don't really understand how he can jump off every piece of furniture we have and then he breaks his arm by rolling off the couch ..... ummmm????? I am very surprised this is our first broken arm or bone or anything!!!

Jana this post is for you!!! Just a couple of updates on Keema!! She is finally 10 lbs and doing good... She loves to smile and just look at herself in the mirror!!! She is finally liking her swing when she's in the mood!!! She is out growing the newborn clothes and I can put her down for longer than 2 seconds and she will just talk and talk to herself and anyone that will talk back!!! She is a better picture taker than the boys are. She will look and the camera and follow it!!! Really fun to take pictures of her so she already has more than the boys!! sorry boys :(

Christmas!!!

This is christmas in a nutshell!! I have tons of pictures but I don't want to wait for them to load!! We started out at mom and dad's for christmas eve... We had dinner with the missionaries and then played bingo and don't eat rudolf... The we headed home and waited for Santa!! The boys woke up at about 8 and we had to hurry through christmas to get to church on time at 10.. We had a very nice christmas and the little church meeting made it even better... I do have to admit I was not excited about getting ready to go to church but was very glad we went. It was a very nice touch to remind us all about what the true meaning of Christmas really is!!! Then we went to mom and dads again to open more gifts and play for awhile and then we went to grandma mimi's house and this I do believe was the first year ever that we were there before any of the other Hunts!!! They are always waiting on the "Becks" but this year we got to wait on the "Hunts" Thank you Kaela!!! Love it!!! We had a very nice time at grandma's and really enjoyed watching her open her gifts that she never wants!!! Love you soo much grandma!!!! Kortni and I really got her this year though and I hope she doesn't hate us too much!!! Keema made this christmas a lot of fun with her smiles and everyone spoiling her so much!!! Broxton was really fun too he got so excited he opened alot of everyone's presents!!! Love that we got to spend so much time with family on different days!!! It was so much better!!! Love it all and all my family!!!!

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving with lots of good food and lots of family!!! Keema and I had a stressful day but everyone else had a lot of fun!!! Us girls spent all of the day under a blanket!!! :) We didn't make it into my grandmas which was really depressing for me but maybe one of these years we can start rotating like everyone else does:) And one other disappoinment was not going shopping the day after thanksgiving. I feel very left out of everything this year but Keema is pretty worth it I think!!!

I am finally getting around to updating this blog. We blessed Keema last sunday. It went pretty good. She didn't scream during the blessing but she had a hard time the rest of the day... I think there was just too much going on. Collin gave her a wonderful blessing!!! Her dress fit her perfectly and the hair piece that Korbi made for her was perfect!!! It even started snowing during church!!! Everything was just perfect!!! We had a dinner at our house afterwards and I don't think we could have fit any more in it!!! There was 17 kids here just to give you a hint of how loud it was!!!

Finally!!!

Well I am finally getting a few minutes to catch everyone up on the last 2 weeks... Keema Anne was born on Oct. 22,2011 at 3:32 A.M. She weighed 8 lbs 4 oz and was 21 inches long. My biggest baby ever!!!! She has lots of black hair and has a darker complexion. She looks just like her dad which is kind of scary:) Anyway she had a hard time with her blood sugar at first but was doing good by the next day so we were able to keep her in my room and go home later that day. She has been a really good baby so far and the boys just love her... Collin and I have to fight to hold her well really only Collin has to fight, I get her whenever she cries. :0

Now on to Halloween..... Bridger was Edward from twilight, Branson was scream, Broxton was spiderman and our dear little Keema was the good witch. I made it to Branson's party and Broxton's party but Bridger didn't have a dress up party so I didn't go to his. We made it to the church trunk or treat and to grandma mimi's before Branson started with his fever. He ended up having croup so we have to keep him away from Keema and Broxton. I do believe he got sick last year too.

It feels so good to be able to leave the house and be able to be with my kids and be there for them but I definitely did too much too soon and it is taking me a lot longer to recover from this pregnancy and everyone seems to be commenting on this. So this is my defense I gained twice as much weight this time, I had a bigger baby, I had more stitches and I have more kids to take care of and more people depending on me to go back to what I was doing before.... So one day maybe in like two years I will totally recover from this whole ordeal and be back to my normal self!!!!

37 weeks

Well now I am officially scared.... I have made it to 37 weeks and I have no idea what to do or what to expect from here on out... Everyday I wonder is today the day or how much longer am I going to go???? Do I need to get more motivated in getting Halloween outfits ready or do I wait???? I hate this to be honest :( I wish I knew what I needed to get done and what I can wait on.... I wish she would make it in time for Halloween but I am really not thinking she will so what do I do with all the cute stuff we got for her??? AAHHHHHAAAAHHHAAAHHH I took myself off of bed rest so I have been doing a lot more but nothing I mean nothing is happening... The day I took myself off the medicine is the day the contractions stopped:( Last week the doctor told I was dilated to a 3 but I think he just told me that cause I looked like crap and needed some good info!!! I try everyday to do something to put me into labor but nothing works:( Collin keeps telling me that a few more weeks won't hurt but he is not the one with swollen feet that hurt when I stand too long or hands that feel like I am getting arthritis in them. My back hurts and my hips hurt and I can't sleep at night cause I have to get up and pee every hour or every half hour. I have a head in my hip and a foot in my ribs and oh my where do I stop:( I know I am very lucky in a way that I have never had to deal with this last month of pregnancy stuff but at least you knew you had to deal with it and was never put on bed rest for 6 weeks of your life and miss out on everything your other kids were doing. And then to top it all off I end up still pregnant???? With of due date of when??? Who knows??? All of my plans have been moved and moved again... My poor kids don't know when they will ever have their mom back... Tonight Bridger is getting his arrow of light which is sooooo exciting cause I have to admit I was a little worried and so I am going of course and everyone will be asking how I am doing and wondering why in the world did I have to go down in the first place and why did I make them help me for so long if I was just going to get up and still not have a baby... This is so hard to not feel like I used all these people for so long to just be lazy and not have to do housework or cook meals or take Broxton to preschool or Branson to flag football or Bridger to scouts and chess club and hunters ed.... Wow this feels so good to get all this out!!!!! I just feel like screaming aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
Hopefully my next post will be a more positive one!!!! One thing that is positive we have Bridger's room done!!!! The guys are laying carpet right now!!!! He will be so happy to finally have his own space!!!! I even got to paint one thing of trim so I can say I helped!!!!

This weeks projects!!

Well for the past couple of weeks we have been working on getting bridger's room downstairs all ready for him to move into. I was really hoping to have it ready by his birthday but we are not going to make it cause the carpet guys can not lay the carpet until the next week. Darn it!!! Anyway Bridger has done a very nice job texturing and painting. He is very excited to have his own room!!! I hope he actually sleeps down there!!! We have also been working on getting the nursey ready. And when I say we I don't really mean me cause I am still on bedrest. This will be my 6th week in bed and I am about ready to go insane. I keep getting up and doing stuff and then end up paying for it later in the day. My back and hips hurt sooooo bad. I will be really glad to get all this over with but I also can't wait to see this baby!!!! I hope she is healthy and can come home with us!!!!

Well once again here I am in bed... This time I am going to write down exactly when everything went down hill so I can remember... You would think by the fourth time we would have this figured out but oh well.. It all started wednesday night. I came home from helping mom at the preschool and the contractions just all of sudden started one right after another. So for an hour I kind of ignored them cause I have had contractions for months so it was nothing new. By the time I started counting them and timing them I was having them every ten minutes and some were worse then others. I decided I had better tell Collin what was going on so I texted him about 6 to see when he would be home. He came in about ten minutes later and asked what was going on cause I had kicked the boys out of the house:) They needed to be outside anyway! I said well I am having contractions so of course he yelled at me for being at the school when really I was doing nothing I wasn't suppose to be doing. Well I had already decided I was not going to the hospital that night unless they got stronger and closer together so I just kept telling him I was fine and that I would tell him when we needed to go. He was really good and got our bag all packed just in case. Well through out the night they did slow down and I was able to sleep. The next day my mom took Broxton and I just stayed down but they started up again so I called the doctor and he told me to come in and just get checked to see what was happening. So Collin came home and we went to twin to the doctor. Everything checked out fine and the doctor was thinking I was just over reacting until the test came back and then he decided that I was more high risk than he orginally thought. I was like duh all my kids have come early what are you talking about???? Anyway then I didn't feel so dumb for going in. He gave me the option of staying in the hospital or coming home and I decided to come home and try the medication first cause I hate the hospital. So here I am at home in bed with medication to stop the contractions. So far everything is doing good and I am bored out of my mind. I hate that I can't take care of my kids or my house but I will do anything to be able to bring this baby home healthy. So I think it is safe to say that at 30 weeks I am not normal anymore and I have to be in bed. Not that I plan on having anymore kids but just to let myself know and to remember for when everyone asks me!!! I am really hoping to make it 6 weeks but I think I am really going to have to cross my legs to get to 4 four weeks:(

School 2011-2012

Well the dreaded day has finally come... School starts tomorrow. Bridger will be starting 5th grade and Branson will be starting 2nd grade. This will be the first year that Branson will be in school that I am not there with him... For some reason I feel very protective of him and am having a very hard time this year not being able to be with him this year. I think I am having a harder time than the boys are but I am sure they will be fine and Broxton and I will be here waiting for them when they get off the bus :) Collin gave them both a fathers blessing and it was so cute Broxton had to have one too because he is starting preschool. He is so excited and I think it will be a long week cause he doesn't start until next week. I love it when they are excited about school!!! It makes it so much more easier to send them off:)

On a different note I am still doing well and the doctor does not feel like bedrest is necessary. He said to just hold my breathe for 6 more weeks... so I am just acting like a normal prego woman and going about my business... I am glad to be able to get everything done. I am truly hoping that Collin will get Bridger's room finished so I can get everyone moved into the right rooms and have a place for this poor little girls clothes. I just want to have everything ready so I am glad I am not on bedrest but if I go longer than 36 weeks then I might go crazy:) Not that it wouldn't be nice to have a big healthy baby but I am not prepared for this and all her clothes will be tooo small:( So here we are once again at a very confusing situation....

Ok this is going to turn into my journal for awhile. Who ever said being pregnant was fun??? I totally disagree... I so miss just being able to go do whatever I want. I know that I am not a normal pregnant person because if I want a healthy baby I have to be very careful but really....Pregnancy is soooo uncomfortable and your clothes are always tooo small even though they fit just a few days before:) I hate not being able to sleep and having heartburn is just killing me. I really don't have any idea how I am going to make it 9 more weeks and that is pushing it.. I am sooo bored and I hate sitting around being so lazy but I don't feel like doing anything else either. Yes I know go ahead and say it I am just whinning and yes I need a violin and cheese to go with it!!! I just needed to get it all out and hopefully I can move past this depression because really I am sooo excited for this little girl to join our family:) Its going to be really different having a girl in the house but I am obsessing already with all the cute bows and girls stuff!!! I am loving the change!!!! So yes I am excited but no I am not looking forward to the next few weeks of staying "rested"

Building, building, building

Collin decided that he wanted a little shed so one day I come home and he has these post in the ground.... I tell ya if he wants something bad enough he just does it.... So he boys have been his little helpers... handing him screws, holding boards, supervising, getting water etc. It was so fun to watch....

Pink!!

Ok to make a long story short when I first dyed my hair pink I had promised the boys in the summer we could do theirs sooo...... today we finally did it!!! I think it looks awesome but Branson is mad cause its not enough pink. It is definetly not perfect by no means. I had pink on their forheads and all over but next time we will do a better job!!! Hopefully Maimi Dawn thinks its pretty neat!!!!

Baseball

I just love summer especially since we get to live at the ball park!!! Haha!!! It has actually been kindof fun this year because Bridger has improved so much and we have had no problems with the umps or parents. That alone makes it more enjoyable!!! This year Bridger has learned how to pitch and has turned out to be pretty good at it!!! He has also played one game as catcher and was pretty good at that too!!! Yes I am going to brag about him because I am his mother and I get that priviledge!!! Ok so he is AWESOME!!!! They have only lost one game so far and we have two more before tournments start!!! I am really hoping they do good all the way to the end!!! Bridgers team had the opportunity to scrimage against the all star team yesterday and really held their own even with all the new rules!!! The coaches were even commenting on how well Bridger can pitch. One of them even ask him to try out next year!!! Wahoo Bridger you are AWESOME!!!! Now the good mom that I am I am not going to let him try out because he doesn't need to get cocky.... He is good where he is and is doing really well!!! Improving so much every year and still being a good sport about everything!!! Love that kid so much!!!!

Now on to Branson!!!! He is just out there to have fun and I love it!!! He is also really good!!! His age group has the coaches pitch so they are still learning how to not have the tee there to hit from.... His team has alot of kids that are new to baseball so they are learning all the rules still and sometimes it gets alittle intense. Branson can hit the ball really far when he connects with it and even got a dollar from his coach for catching a fly ball!!!! He was so excited!!! It was so awesome to watch his reactions!!! He is not as in to baseball as Bridger but he is just as good!!!!

Love these boys so much and enjoy all the time I get to watch them improve at all they love to do!!!

Basketball Camp

This year I got the opportunity to take the boys to a basketball shooting camp in Salt Lake City. It was alot of fun of them and for me!!! The guy putting on the camp was Johnnie Bryant. He played for the Utes. He was the nicest guy I have ever met. He was not stuck up in anyway. They gave all the moms mother day cards (it was mother's day weekend) and then he sat and talked with us while we were waiting for everyone to get there. He even stayed late and played lightning one more time with the boys!!!!

4th Grade trip!!!

This year Bridger got to go to Boise for his 4th grade trip. So the fantastic mom that I am I decided to go as a chaperon. Why I thought being on a bus with a bunch of 4th graders for 12 hours would be fun I am really not sure. I am glad I got to go and get to know his friends:) I haven't been able to do much with him since he moved to White Pine so this was a good opportunity for both of us!!! We started out at the Pentintary. This was a very interesting tour. They got to lock them up in one of the cells and then all the adults walked out and left them there!!! It was pretty fun but i think a few panicked just a little. I have tons of pictures from the jail but then my battery died so I don't have any from the the next two places we went. This is not working like I want it to so I will just continue instead of fight with it. The next place we went was the zoo. This part was not fun at all because we barley had enough time to eat let alone go see the animals so of course the kids decided to see the animals instead of eat and we were not suppose to eat on the bus. I let the kids around me eat because you can not expect these growing boys to eat only once in a twelve hour period and yes we got in trouble but hey they weren't hungry and grouchy!!! So after the fun 30 minutes at the park we headed to the capital. That was fun and the tour guide was good and it was fun to see where Jakobi worked while she was there. Bridger thought that was really neat!!! Go Jake!!! Then by the time the tour was over we had an extra hour to spare but by this time it was raining to we decided to head for home!!! It was fun and I think the kids learned alot but I am glad I have a few years to recupe before I go again with Branson!!!!

These girls are awesome.. All I had to do was mention that I was going to put a pink strip in my hair to support my mom and nine people show up to do it with me!!! I have the best friends anyone could ever ask for. We all did this to show my mom that we love her and we know she can fight this... as long as all of us are with her... She is awesome and is doing so good!!! We love you mom!!! And anyone can join this great movement called PINK IS IN!!!! It looks awesome and it is for a great cause!!!!

Snow!!!

Our first snow started on saturday and really hasn't stopped since. We finally got a snowday today cause its pretty nasty out there. I had to go out and get the dog from the doghouse and bring her into the garage cause it was soooo cold out there. I was up to my knees in snow. It is soooo awesome we haven't had this much snow in a long time. The only thing that makes me sad is that the boys are tooo sick to enjoy it.

Halloween

Branson's staples!!

It all started as a typical Monday evening. I was going to the grocery store and all the boys were going to carve pumpkins. Well a mile away from home I get a call from Bridger wondering where I am. So I say I'm almost there what is the matter. Bridger is really upset that everyone is inside because Branson fell and hit his head and nobody is out carving pumpkins. By this time he is crying so I can hardly understand what he is saying but I did hear him say that this is the worst halloween ever. So I ask is Branson ok. No he is bleeding. So I am walking in the door and Collin says you need to take him to the ER. So I look at his head and was like ok here we go. I call an neighbor who is a nurse because Branson is freaking out about going to the hospital. The neighbor is great and says bring him on over. So we get over there and she takes one look and says yep he needs staples. She says that she just did this for another little boy in the neighborhood so she has all the stuff right there at her house. So Branson was really good and got 5 staples put in his head. This is all a new experience for me. I have never held someones hair back so they could get staples in their head. Branson says this is the worst day of his life because he had to get staples in his head.

Oregon Coast

We had so much fun in Oregon. Collin and I, mom and dad all drove together. We left Burley with good intentions of leaving early but finding our Tom tom stolen caused sort of a routine. We left and had to stop at dads work to copy off directions and he ended up setting off the alarm so we had to wait for the police to come. So an hour and a half later we left. We made it to the Dalles at about 7:00 P.m. The boys and I went swimming. Then the next day we left about 11:00 and stop at the Multnomah water falls. Collin, Me, Broxton, Branson, Briger and Justin all made the hike to the top. Which is about a mile in a half up hill. It was gorgoeous up there and we had so much fun finding cool pictures and just hiking. The we continued on to the coast. Jake and Kortni beet us there so they got the pick of the rooms first. But really I think I got a pretty good one casue it was quiet but Kortni got the view!!! Anyway it was a pretty cool house. 2 kitchens and tons of room for the kids. The beach was cool but it was very cold. We had a few moments of sun and the last night we were there was perfect. Some of us got to see a sea lion try to come to shore and Collin got to see some whales following a boat when the fog cleared out. We went to the Aquriam and saw sharks, snakes, starfish and birds. We went to the Lighthouse and saw starfish, crabs, and sea lions again. Then we went to eat at Mo's. It was pretty good but COllin, Stephen, Brandon and Chad were the only ones who ate seafood. Then we walked along the stores and found some more seals and sea lions. Then we saw "SCUBA STEVE" he came out and jumped off the side of the pier and it was so fun the kids loved to watch him except for Broxton he started crying when he hit the water. Then the next day we took family pictures and the girls went shopping and then Korbi had to leave. (sad, sad) Then we just hung out at the house and kindof started packing cause we all had to be gone by 11:00 the next morning and it was going to be close. Yes we made and left the house pretty clean. It was sad to see everyone leave. We did get to see Jake's house on the way back and it is really cute and fun. The drive back was aweful. The kids had had it. Every hotel we passed they would say that looks good dad lets stop here. And then Broxton would say road done, done road. It was cute but not. But we are home now and have lots of memories to try to remember and get written down~!~~~

Bridger's Accident

Once again Bridger has been in a 4-wheeler accident except this time he was not driving. And he got hurt worse this time. He came home just screaming and panicky. Had hurt his leg and he couldn't put any pressure on it. It ended up just being badly bruised but we have to make sure it doesn't swell up. After a long histerical hour we got him in bed and calmed down. He was also in shock so he was cold and he wanted to go to sleep but we wanted to make sure he didn't have a concussion first. I think it was a pretty good warning about what could really happen when you are driving to fast. I am glad he is not badly hurt but I feel bad that he might not be able to play in his tournament baseball game.

My boys are so much fun. They made me a cake and cupcakes and had a birthday party just with them and me. They even bought me the best presents!!! I got a milky way bar, flipflops, and a shovel for the flowers. I love my boys so much:) So please remind me of this when I am so not going to make it:)

Fun Weekend

This last Friday we got a call from Collin's brother Teague saying he was here. So we headed out to Murtaugh to see him and we surprised by two of his boys being there also. My boys were so excited!!! It has been two years since we have seen them and man have they grown. Bae towers over me so does Sage. I can't believe how tall they are. So make a long story short we had a great weekend spending all of our time with these boys and teague and katelynn. On Sunday we went to Kimberly cause Shannon was put in as the Bishop in their ward. Then we spent the rest of the day at Granny's house. We ended up outside saddling one of the mules and Broxton was so excited he ran right out into the pasture under the electic fence(which was on) but it had no effect on him. He stayed on Merna and keep saying "merna come on" It was so cute. He is talking so much it is crazy. So now he goes aroung the house saying "come on merna, merna come on."

So Teague, Katelynn, Bae and Sage thanks for the great surprise!!! Hope you all get home safely and we can't wait to see you all again in July!! We are excited that Keagan will get to come this time!!!!

Easter

Easter was so fun this year. Boys were so excited. Broxton I think found more eggs than the other boys did. He was going crazy. We had Easter here and then we went to Grandma mimi's house to eat and then we found eggs there too and then we went out to Murtaugh. We had a good time at Mimi's. It was good to get together and just be a family. It would be nice to do that every month but I doubt that would happen.... Anyway here are some great pictures of the boys.

Our spring Break projects!!!

This was our fun spring break!!! All we have done is paint, and clean. My poor boys. My mom has had them cleaning out her basement for most of the week and then their dad has been having them clean up outside, clean up the garden, and help with the garage and then I have just been painting away!!! My arms hurt so bad but I got all three rooms done and I am so excited to put them together and get somewhat organized. I am taking Bridger and Branson to Boise tomorrow to stay one night to swim and have a little bit of fun before they have to go to school. Oh Korbi I couldn't get the pictures off of mom's camera so sorry I will try again when she gets her computer fixed!!!!

Broxton's 2nd Birthday!!!

Yesterday was Broxton's pretend 2nd birthday. He is a leap year baby so he really doesn't get a birthday for another 2 years. So we are sharing grandma's birthday with her. We had a good time and Kalan will tell you I am not a good planner. Broxton loved all the attention he got for the day. I had dressed up him all cute for church but then he didn't end up going so I had to take his picture to prove how aweful he was being and how cute he was. He is absolutly a two year old. He has a temper like no other. He loves getting into everything!! He loves putting my makeup on and then scattering it all over the house. He also loves the medicine cupboard. I seem to find vitamins all over the kitchen when he gets done. Another one of his favorite cupboards is the spice cupboard. He has turned our butter into a porcupine serveral times. He is a very good cleaner though. He likes to empty the dishwasher, wash the walls and vacuum. He said he first sentence a couple of days ago. "Goodbye Bubba" He says bunny, welcome, hi, goodbye, daddy, mommy, ninny, bum, k,vroom vroom, babba, more, all done, beep beep(move please), and ruff ruff. I am sure there is more but I can't think anymore today. He got a bubble maker, a puppy(not real), some books, beads, a phone, a car, and a tool box for his birthday and money from great grandma mimi!!!! I can't believe my baby is two years old. He has grown up so fast and I love him so much even though all I hear from him is whinning and uh uh!!1 He is always so cute and loves to be with all of us. I love you Broxton!!!!

Okay so our day today was quite interesting. First off we started our day out as losing Branson's homework and I had to again tell the teacher that we lost it. But when I went to pick up Broxton at Shantala's there was Branson's homework laying in her driveway. Crazy!!! Then we are home and I start making dinner and as usual Broxton stands up on the stove and somehow proceeds to get his foot stuck. So I yell at Bridger to come help him get his foot unstuck because I have hamburger all over my hands. Well this causes Broxton to scream louder because somehow is foot in not coming out. So I wash my hands and come to help and see that his foot is not going to come out we are going to have to take the whole handle off the stove. So I call Collin to explain to Bridger where the tools are in the garage because I can not leave Broxton to go find them. So long story comes to end by Collin having to run home from work to get a regular screw driver and take the handle off. Yea I felt stupid and I am sure Collin was really wondering who he married. Now don't think our day has ended yet because oh no we are an eventful family. After awhile we start going our separate ways and I come back into the kitchen and find Broxton has crawled all the way into my lazy susan and is coming out the opposite way. I was laughing so hard and I knew Korbi would laugh with me so I went to get my phone to call her and could not find it anywhere. I looked and looked and I finally found Collin's phone so I called my phone and are you ready for this............ It was in my sweatshirt pocket!!!! hahahahahah OH my yes i am beginning to feel as though I have lost my head. And the bad thing is ITS ONLY MONDAY!!!!!!!!

Who could image this cute little boy could be so destructive. I know everyone has at least one kid in their family that is like this so you will understand what I am talking about. He is into everything! His new thing is to clean out the draw that has pens, markers and of course crayons and then proceed to write on anything he can find. I really can't believe that I have three boys and he is the worst of them all. I mean yes my other two have had their moments but nothing compared to this one. Bridger has had to explain to his teacher about all the scribbles all over his homework and Branson has had many crying fits over his school work getting written on. So all of us have had enough of this phrase can we move on to somethingelse please!!!!!

P.S. yes Korbi I have finally found my cord to my camera so I can start getting all my pictures transferred onto my computer and then I can post all I want!!!! yeah!!!

This is our first time ever having stocking on an actual fireplace mantel. My kids were so excited!!! And yes if you count the stockings we do have an extra one and that is for Gunner because she just had to have something too!!! We had a really nice christmas!! My grandpa Beck passed away on Sept 24, 2009. He was 99 years old. I am glad I had the opportunity to spend time with him every now and then. He always wanted to know how the boys were and would ask Collin how the county was. I just knew he was going to make to a 100 so I was very surprised to get the call from my dad. My dad, mom and I were the only ones at the hospital with him and I have to say I am glad I live here.

Wednesday and Thursday we got to spend time with our friends. Every year we try to go on a little vacation with two other families. This year we went to Roaring Springs in Boise. We had so much fun. We all took turns watching the kids so we could all get in on the action and as usual the wave pool was a hit with all kids and dads!!! This year I was doing good and none of my kids got sunburned and I didn't get sunburned!! Wohoo so see Chad I am not stupid all the time just most of the time. Then we went to PoJo's the next day for lunch and the kids played all sorts of games and won tickets and got prizes and rode go carts!!! Man what fun we had. Once again I am so glad I have great friends and I am blessed that we all get along so we can do these kinds of things!!! Sorry my camera is broken so no pictures of this fun time sorry kids!!!! You will just have to remember!!!

The world lost a very loving man on Friday in a rafting accident. He was the most loving, caring, funny, most huggable guy I have ever had the priviledge of being around. He could make you feel like you belonged in any situation. I had the priviledge of being taken into his home by him, his loving wife and terrific daughter while I was going to school at Ricks College. It was so nice to have a family away from my family. For anyone who knows Craig he could just make you feel loved all the time. I don't know why he had to leave so suddenly or why so early I'm sure that Heavenly Father knows what he is doing but for all you who have been touched by him just remember that he is still with you and live your life like he showed you how!!!! Thank you so much to Cindy and Brittney for their strenght and their love. You two are awesome and I love you so much. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!!!

Last night Shannon, Shantala, and I went to the Taylor Swift concert in Salt Lake City. It was so much fun!!! I can't believe all the people who were there. It was loud!!! All the fans were going crazy and she couldn't believe how loud they were. She even walked through the crowd and gave people hugs and gave autographs during her songs. It was so neat to see!!! It was also fun to just get away with no kids and do what we want. Thank you Shantala for inviting me!!! I am dead tired today but it was so worth it and I am glad I decided to go!!!

This is at Kalan's Masters graduation. He was one of the first to go through so we decided to let the people around us watch the rest of graduation and we all went outside to wait for Kalan. Kalans thesis presentation. This was really neat to go to and I feel bad that I was in and out so much. I think Kalan did an awesome job and the critics were just so below him that they didn't know how to question him. He got some really good compliments and needs to listen to them and not the critics. Collin had an early morning meeting so I was trying to keep the boys entertained as long as I could before we all ran out to see what the Easter bunny brought so we took tons of pictures and Broxton was not happy at all!! This is Broxton's first Birthday and as you can tell by the date on the pictures we celebrated it alittle late. Actually my mother in law did all this because I was not going to have a party for him until we were in our house. So this worked out really well because I don't know if I would have ever had a party for him. What an aweful mom I am. Anyway he loved all the balloons and played with them all afternoon. I can't believe he is one and walking and everything. Where has my baby gone??? Many of you know we have been having a really rough time with him and we are still not sure what is going on. He had tubes in his ears and we have had two infections since then, he has a bad digestive system so I am always washing clothes. But I would not trade him in for anything. He is so cute and loves to flirt with anybody. He still has a little tint of red hair which I love and I hope it stays!!! He loves to give me kisses to wake me up in the morning. He loves it when his brothers will play with him. He LOVES his dad and is always sad when he can't go outside with him or go to work with him in the mornings!!!! We love you Broxton and hope you get feeling better!!!

I know everyone is wanting pictures of the move in and I apologize I haven't posted anything. We did move some of our stuff and we are sleeping in our own house. But Broxton is still really sick and I am not sure what to do to get him better. We have been to the doctor five times in 2 weeks and I think we might go again tomorrow. the poor kid is just miserable. Other than having many sleepless nights we all love our house. The boys are bored though and still like to come hang out at Maimi's house. I miss having the internet alot!!! Everytime we come to my mom's house she has a box of our stuff ready to be taken out of her house. I think she is really excited to have us out especially all of our junk!!!! I still have two more bedrooms to clean out but those might take me quite awhile to do. So sorry mom and Justin you are just stuck with us for awhile longer. I will try to get more pictures and get them loaded sometime before summer break!!!! Oh my car is actually in a GARAGE!!!!! yea!!!!!

Good news we got the green light to start moving stuff in!!!! Yeah I am really excited!!! But I am also stressed because I hate moving and I really don't want to junk up my new house with all our stuff. But the good news to that is that the DI trailer is at our ward this week so maybe I can get enough done where I can haul it over to the trailer!!! Anyways that's all just in my dreams but I get to MOVE!!!!! I just can't get over that I am really moving into MY house!!! Today was Broxton's ear surgery. He did really well until he figured out that they weren't playing anymore and then he kindof freaked out but luckily he was only gone from us for about 25 minutes. When they woke him up we could hear him screaming and he continued to scream until we got home and he decided we were done with whatever just happened. I really hope this helps him. I love you Broxton!!!

Lamb farm

Yesterday Broxton and I had the opportunity to go to the lamb farm with the preschool. Branson is in the afternoon class so by the time we got out there the Idaho weather kicked in and it got pretty cold and windy so we spent most of the time inside the barns. Broxton really liked all the sheep until we let some little ones out so we could get pictures and then he wasn't really into them anymore!!! We had a lot of fun and I am glad I went!!!

I don't have any new pictures but Jana wanted an update so here it is. All the grouting is done, most of the trim is done just a few more around doors and in the bathrooms and that will be done, all the lights are installed so just plug ins and switches need to be installed, fireplace needs to be rocked and the outside needs to be sided and the one wall in the garage needs to be taped and the fire alarms need to be installed and then we can move in. So maybe sometime this weekend but hopefully next weekend we will see if we can sleep there. Oh all appliances will be here on friday.

So I took Broxton to the doctor today and yes he has another ear infection. So I am telling the doctor his symptoms and that this is his 5th ear infection and all that when he says this sounds familar especially with the widmier kids. So I am thinking am I a bad mother who is always at the doctor and pushing to get tubes put in. And then he proceeds to tell me that he would suggest tubes and asks if I have any questions of course I say no because I have been through all this twice already. He says of course you don't this is your 3rd kid. So now I am really thinking I am an aweful mother. Am I the only mother out there who has done this with all her children should I just let him keep getting ear infections and try to treat them with all my essential oils? Am I too tired to be making the right decision??? So now that I have been offended I probably won't be going back to the doctor anytime soon I will just be stocking up on diamatap and motrin. Needless to say we are going in next friday to get tubes put in. I really hope I am doing the right thing.

We can actually really move in now cause we have a working toliet!!! I really never thought I would ever get to the point where I was excited about having a flushing toilet but here we are and we are so excited!!1 I think I might even get everything cleaned so I can move my kitchen stuff in this weekend!!!! WOW!!! It's actually here and I am still in shock!!!!

Okay this little post is not going to be about my house!!! I had a friend tell me once that I was made to have boys and I was kindof offended at the time but after having to get four boys ready for 9:00 church without Collin there to help I was really glad I didn't have to do any Pig tails or braids or curls because we would have never made it. I didn't really ever think I would love to have all boys but this week I am really glad that I do and I can't imagine myself with girls. I am not one to get up early to get ready before my kids get up and I am not a big breakfast cooker so I am glad for what I have and I feel for those of you out there who get to do all the girly stuff!!!

Does anyone out there have a cure for whiny overly tired babies?????

Ya know what do ya do???? This is Broxton's lastest thing. He has found where the food is kept and gets into it several times a day. This mess just happens to be a whole box of rice cereal. He won't eat it anymore when I fix it for him but he must like it better dry and off the floor!!! He loves the pantry with all the canned food and packs around food all day so we find cans everywhere. We also find medicine bottles all around the house and yes some of them he has been known to open. He is so proud that he can walk but I am so not ready for this and my mom's house is so not Broxton proofed!!!! I really can't believe he will be one at the end of this month. My baby is getting too big too fast. He loves to "talk" and point and bounce balls!!! If he is upset all you have to do is find him a ball!!! What a kid!!!!

I just love seeing all this come together. Our cabinets are coming tomorrow and I can't wait to see them!! I hate all this hard work but it really is fun to watch it form into a livable house!!!

I was stressed about getting it all done so the carpet guys could come and those girls just came and got the job done!!! We went through 4 gallons of paint in three hours WOW!!! I can't believe how fast he has grown up. Broxton was doing this all day yesterday. It was so fun to watch him figure it out. He is so cute!!! I am really sad this stage is already here because it means my baby is not a baby anymore and I really have to pay attention to where he is at and what he is into especially here at my mom and dad's house because there is so much he can get into and break or fall downstairs!!!!

Broxton is sick

My poor baby is so sick. I took him to the doctor on Friday and he has the start of an ear infection and a sinus infection. He has an aweful cough that just makes you want to throw up for him and then his throat hurts so bad he can hardly cry. It sounds so sad when he trys. So anyway we thought we should guve him the strong stuff to get him better so the doctor called in a perscription for Augmentin. He took it really well until early Sunday morning when the diarrhea started and has not stopped. Collin had to bring him home from church because it went all down his leg. Then by last night he had a rash all over his body and his little bum was just raw. So I have called the doctor this morning but of course they have not called back yet so we are just whining cause we don't feel good and cleaning up poopy bums every hour. What a great day we are going to have!!!!

We had so much fun on Christmas, I think the boys got most of what they wanted. We loved all the snow but it was quite scary driving out to Murtaugh and then back again in the dark. But we all made it and we are safe. I love this time of year being with family and friends. I missed my two sisters who were not here, its just not the same. So I am really looking forward to next year when everyone will be here. Anyway Merry Christmas to everyone and I hope you all had a great year!!!

Broxton and I braved the weather and the roads and went to Mimi's house to help her make some candy and cakes!! I didn't think we were going to make in the red baron but it pulled through and we made it. But I decided I would feel safer on the way home in my own car so I made Collin come and switch me cars. After several hours at grandma's we headed home and again hit several snow drifts!! I really need to get a picture of the snow because I have not seen snow drifts like these in years!!

This is what happens when Kortni's girls come home. All the boys got their finger nails painted and Broxton got makeup put on!!! We dressed up in my jewelry and put on plays!!! They played barbies, yes Branson played too. We had so much fun and we are so very sad they are gone. We miss them tons!!!

I bet you can't guess who santa is??? This is the preschool party at wheels with a special visitor!!! The kids again had a wonderful time with the pinatas and all the space!!! The kids got a hold of my camera so we had some pretty funny pictures!!! And its a good thinh Aunt Kortni showed up to tend Broxton for me cause the helpers were not very helpful!!!

Okay finally here are some pictures. This is the pj's party. All the kids brought blankets and pillows and just had a wonderful time. They were all so excited that they didn't really want to listen to anything or anyone but we had fun anyway. The first picture is over Broxton's mean face as Branson calls it!!! I feel bad I have not put any pictures up lately but my new camera does not like my computer. It won't let me load any of my pictures and I don't have one of those slot things to put the picture card into. So sorry everyone this blog is really boring without any pictures to show all the fun stuff we have been doing lately. Branson has taken some really cute pictures so I hope to go into town tomorrow and get them all put on a cd and then post something with pictures!!!

Yesterday I finally got the privilege to help sheet rocking at the house. I loaded up all the kids and we went down to help Collin in the basement. I soon found out that I have no arm strength at all over my head. We put up 7 sheets on the ceiling and I was done and the kids were too. They did pretty good until it got to dark to see anything upstairs so they came down and drilled holes into spare pieces of wood. They built a cute little fort in the garage with left over Sheetrock pieces. So I am really not sure if we helped Collin very much or if we added more stress. I have to go help again tomorrow so maybe I will actually get a picture to prove that I really did do something!!!!

Hopefully it won't snow too much tonight so I can finish Christmas shopping tomorrow. I am really starting to stress. I am usually ready by now so I am extremely nervous. Oh well I guess I will get done what I get done and then the rest will wait until next year. I'm glad we are getting snow I just wish I wouldn't be just a procrastinator. One day I will be ready I just hope it won't be too late!!!

Preschool Kids are so Funny!!

This morning I was suppose to go to Twin to pick up somethings and it was snowing so I went to the preschool to see if my mom needed me or if I should try to go to Twin. Well we were talking in front of the kids and my grandma asked me why I needed to go to Twin and I said because Burley has nothing. Well this started up a conversation with the kids, one of them said Wal Mart has tons of christmas stuff and I should go there. Another one said Wal Mart has everything and I said yes they do except for the showerhead that I need and they just insisted that I needed to go to Wal-Mart. So as I turned to leave one kid shouted GO TO WAL-MART!!! Needless to say I stayed and helped at school!!! They are just too cute!!!

Nutcracker

Today I had the priviledge to go to the Nutcracker with my Grandma, Mom and sister Kortni. It was the 20th Anniversary so Kortni got to go on stage during the intermission. It was kindof fun to watch again after 15 years of not seeing it. I think I could still remember most of the dances and I really don't remember being in too many of them but I did sit through a lot of years of it. It was quite interesting to see the last 20 years of Clara's!!! It was fun but I did miss the first half because Broxton was quite tired and didn't want to sleep with all the noise!!! Thanks for the opportunity Kortni!!!

To any of you who have a son like I do Vaseline will help remove super glue!!! You need to use alot and put it on quite frequently but it will work!!! I wish I would have known that before I cut my little boys beautiful eyelashes!!! Oh well you live and learn right!!!! I do need to thank the person who posted that on the internet because I would have never tried it. So internet is a wonderful thing for things like this!!!!

Ever had a DAY!!!!

Have you ever had one of those days where you think can anything else go wrong???? Well yesterday was one of those days for me. It all started at the festival of trees where I had one of my choking attacks and spent quite a long time in the bathroom and while I was trying to get over that Bridger called from school saying he wasn't feeling too good. So needless to say it took me an hour to go get him and he was just worried about his teacher cause she had been gone for a few days with her husband in the hospital. So we are going to have the counselor check on him today to make sure he is okay. Then later last night after we had all got home and got Bridger in bed Collin came back from working on the house because he had sliced his finger with the razor blade. So we were trying to find some super glue that was not dried up to glue his finger shut and being the little helper that Branson is he found some and some how ended up glueing his eye shut. He has it in his hair and on his eyebrow and of course his eye is shut and then more on his cheek and his chest. So we spent most of the night trying to get his eye unstuck with out having to take him to the emergency room(which posion control suggested that we do) Needless to say we had to wait for him to fall asleep and then cut his beautiful eyelashes. I really hope they grow back. Now I am just waiting for him to wake up to see if we got all of it out so he can see nad hopefully nothing happened to his eye!!! ahahahah what a day!!!

Once again I have no pictures of the fun things we did because my camera stinks. Kalan even took it on there all nighter at Best Buy and was going to buy me a new camera because he couldn't get it to work at all. Anyway after all the fustrations he didn't buy me a new one. I am very sad cause he didn't get my computer either. Is it really worth it to stay all night in the cold if you are twenty people back and are not going to get what you went for??? Anyway I got alittle ahead of myself. Korbi and Kalan were here all week for thanksgiving. We had big plans for the week including going to TWILIGHT again but Stephen seemed to ruin those plans every night. So once again sad to say we did not go. Korbi and I did alot together. We went shopping and spent 20 minutes at the D.I. looking at six pairs of shorts with Branson so he could decide what ones would fit him. Oh my little shopper what am I going to do with him???? For Thanksgiving day we went out to Widmier's and had a very nice dinner with just us and Collin's parents and then we came in to Grandma's just in time to have dessert and go through the paper to plan out our shopping day on BLACK FRIDAY!!! Needless to say we finally decided that Walmart had the best deals so the girls went to wally world and the boys went to twin to get computers. I have to say I think the girls had better luck than the boys did and we didn't get up until 3:45 a.m. and we even got hot donuts and got to wait inside the store!!!! SORRY GUYS!! Thats what ya get for not taking us to TWILIGHT!!! Just kidding. ANyways after an eventful shopping experience we got home at 8:30 and then took Grandpa Beck to the Albion College to take a stroll down memory lane. I have to say its almost as scary during the day as it is at night with out the people walking around trying to scare you. I think Grandpa really enjoyed himself so I am glad we all braved the wind and went with him. Now on Saturday Kalan decided to rearrange the upstairs and my mom's room so we spent all day destroying the house and then trying to put it all back together again and I have to say Kalan did a great job decorating the upstairs!! Thanks BUBBA!! But I do have to wonder were am I going to put all my stuff now???? One room is hard to keep five peoples stuff in especially a pack rat like Branson!!! Sorry sweety I really do love you just not all your stuff!!!
Collin has been putting in a lot of hours on our house and dad and Stephen went down and helped him on saturday. THey finally got all of the ceiling done. I think that they are pretty upset with me and the ideas I did in the bedroom but I am hoping all their hard work will pay off in the end!!! THANKS HONEY I LOVE YOU TONS!!! You have worked so hard and I want to let you know how much I love you!!! We will make it through all this and have a wonder house to call our own!!! SOMEDAY!!!!
I forgot to mention that Jake decided to join us on Friday and we got to spend the weekend with her also. Sorry Jake my mind is going faster than my poor fingers can type and it was such a whirlwind of a week!!! Thanks pregnant lady for tackling that TV assignment!!! WE love it!!!
So after all that we are finally settling down and trying to get caught up with our normal life!!! Hahah is there any such thing!!!!

I just got back from the funnest thing I have done in a long time. Some people like my brother Kalan and my husband think I have really lost it but I have to say that I am not the only one. I was with 225 other people. I went to a TWILIGHT party in Pocatello. We got Twilight T- shirts, bags and even got bite tatoos. We got to ride in a limo to the theatre and then get out on the red carpet. The girl that put on the party was amazing. She opened up her house to all these crazy Twilight fans and put so much work into making sure we were having a great time. I have to say I loved the movie and can't wait until I can go back to see it. So please hurry and get here Korbi so we can go together!!! I think this is seriously gonna take over my life for quite awhile. I don't have any pictures because my camera sucks so Jake, Shannon, and Shantala will be posting all the pictures on their blogs!!! But it was so worth going and I can't wait for the next party!!!

My bathtub!!! I am so excited for my own bathtub, But I think we are going to have to build a little step to get into it. It's a lot deeper than I thought it would be. OOPS!!! Oh well Collin is a pretty handy guy he will figure something out!!!

WAHOO the insulation is complete!!! I can't believe it is all finally coming together. I know I know I have a long way to go but this is an accomplishment I think!!! It's really starting to take shape!!! I can't wait for dry wall to be put up!! Then that's when all the fun starts!!!

Yes I am a little behind but here ya are. A couple of saturdays we decided to see how many of us would fit in the tractor with dad. It's a good thing these newer tractors have a kids seat and a place behind the drivers seat to stand or we wouldn't have all fit. The boys loved it they road with Collin for most of the time. Of Broxton and I got out after a couple of rounds. Buddy of course got in on all the action. He followed the tractor back and forth all day long. It was so good to do something on the farm and something different than our usual stuff. What a nice family activity!!!

Ever since I posted that Broxton was 8 months I have been wondering where my baby has gone. Yesterday in church reminded me how much he has changed in just a few weeks. We can no longer sit in sacrament meeting. You can not leave him in a room that has stairs or other breakable things in it. I have to be more creative about feeding him cause he doesn't want baby food. As you can tell I am really sad that my baby is gone and this very mobile toddler has replaced him. Grandma I have to tell you that he not only cries with you he also cries here at home even when I am holding him. Yes everyone thinks he is spoiled but with so many people in one house I really had no choice but to pick him up so everyone wouldn't complain every time he let out a scream. You can only do so much in your environment. I love watching him grow and learn new things and I love how Bridger and Branson interact with him. Everyday holds great memories and I need to take the time to enjoy them!!!
